We aim to ship items within 24 hours of order payment (with the exception of weekends & Bank Holidays). Please allow at least 7 working days for deliveries before contacting us regarding any order delivery issues.
Our Postage and packing charges are calculated at the checkout based on the cumulative weight of your order. We use Royal Mail for all small packages up to 2kg in weight and a customer signature is required for our courier service to give peace of mind that your order will arrive safely.
We believe if you are not satisfied with a product, you should be able to return it and get a refund. So that's exactly what we offer!
Simply use the contact us facility to let us know what you are returning & why, then send the goods back within 14 days of purchase. Both the goods and packaging must be in a resalable condition. We will then refund the item/s.
Please note the refund applies only to the items, not shipping unless incorrect item sent. In the unlikely event you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we will offer either a full refund or replacement. We will also refund your original and return postage costs if we are at fault.
